Please join us on Thursday, September 26th to discuss a proposal to build a new Montrose Library within an upcoming development on the corner of Montrose Blvd at Westheimer Rd. Participants will receive presentations on plans for the new, larger, library and expanded parking; the scope of the new development; the impact on the HPD storefront; and a possible partnership with the Montrose TIRZ for additional public parking and streetscape improvements.
